David Britt is the Country Manager, Australia & New Zealand for Top Layer Networks International, Inc.

As Country Manager, David Britt is responsible for sales, channel distribution and technical support for Top Layer customers in Australia & New Zealand. David also delivers pre-sales technical presentations and assists customers throughout Asia Pacific with design aspects of implementation of Top Layer equipment.

David brings twelve years of IT experience to the Top Layer team.

Prior to joining Top Layer Networks, David held the position of Technical Specialist for Communications Design and Management Pty Ltd. In this role, he was primarily responsible for the design of large-scale network implementation projects, specialising in enterprise management technology and process. Key projects included the design of the Australian Stock Exchange network and well as business analysis of Optus data and voice networks.

David also worked as Technical Support Manager for Boston-based technology hardware company, Proteon, where he was in charge of technical support for the Asia Pacific region.

David holds a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration obtained from Southern Cross University, a Business Management Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a Managers Certificate in IT Service Management and Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, both awarded by the British Computer Society. He is currently completing an MBA at Southern Cross University.
