Mr Duffy is the Managing Director for ISS' Australasian Operations.

Kim has a variety of upper-level management positions to his credit, as well as the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Australian Army. He has a vast knowledge of international technology markets and specialises in technology and service delivery, which is illustrated by his previous career success.

Prior to joining ISS, he held the position of Executive Vice President for International Operations at Mincom and led a movement that boosted the profitable growth of the company's outsourcing business. Later at Indus International (formerly known as TSW International), he established the company's presence in the Asia Pacific region and rejuvenated operating and international operations.
