Leigh Costin is the Group Product Manager for Symantec Enterprise Administration products, and the new Appliance range in Asia Pacific. Based in the Australian office, Leigh has regional responsibility for product delivery and market analysis for his range of products, which comprises of Enterprise Administration products - pcAnywhere and Symantec Ghost as well as Symantec's new Appliance initiatives including Velociraptor, Symantec Firewall/VPN, and Symantec Gateway Security, as well as the xSP products based on Symantec AntiVirus Scan Engine.

Leigh's role incorporates the management and direction of Enterprise Solutions Division's corporate products and solutions in the region including localisation of these products. He also serves as a primary contact point between the business unit and the regional sales, marketing and product localisation teams.

Leigh was previously the Regional Product Manager Asia Pacific for Symantec's Enterprise Solutions Division. He joined Symantec in 1994 as Senior Systems Engineer for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, based in the company's Melbourne office. Prior to joining Symantec, Leigh was a Networking Consultant at Data General in Melbourne. He also spent seven years with Bull HN Information Systems, specialising in network design, and working in various locations throughout Australia and Europe.

Born and raised in Geelong, Victoria, Leigh holds a Diploma in Physics from Deakin University and a post graduate diploma in Business Management from Macquarie University Sydney.
