Mark McPherson is currently Training and Education Manager and a Senior Security Analyst for AusCERT (The Australian Computer Emergency Response Team) based at The University of Queensland. Mark has been a system administrator, support specialist and educator for over a decade in various roles spanning government, commercial and research and academic sectors.

Mark is an advocate of computer security best practice through user education and professional community cooperation.
