Since leaving the Australian Defence Forces, Oliver has spent 16 years working in the IT industry, including 7 years with networking giant Cisco Systems. Oliver joined b-sec, a leading Australian IT Security services provider, in September 2001. A first hand involvement in many IT outsourcing deals, including Federal and State Government, has given Oliver a comprehensive insight into the technical and business issues related to IT outsourcing.
