Dr. Shuo Bai got his Ph.D. degree from Peking University in 1990, major in computer science. He has been working as senior researcher and team leader in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT). Later he became the director of Software Division in ICT, a leader of a team with more than 70 people. He has been working for China National Network and Information Security Administrative Center since 2000, as Lab Director and Executive Director of CNCERT/CC. He is an active founder and runner of CNCERT/CC.
