Dr Adrian McCullagh has degrees in Law (Hons), Computer Science and a PhD (QUT). His thesis covered, IT security, Digital Signatures, Trusted Systems and Electronic Signature Regimes in 43 jurisdictions. He is a senior lawyer for the national law firm Freehills which is one of the top three firms in Australia with in excess of 1000 lawyers. His principal practice is in IT security, Information Technology Contracts, GITC and Intellectual Property. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the Faculty of Business at QUT where he lectures in Electronic Commerce. Adrian has written numerous academic papers dealing with IT issues that have been published in Australia, the UK and the USA.
