Grant Slender Grant is a representative of ISS's X-Force consulting services and is also responsible for the presales and technical activities throughout the ISS Australian and New Zealand operations. Grant develops and presents both technical and sales material to CEO, CIO, Executive management, security professionals and ISS channel partners throughout the region. Grant has consulted on many security projects regarding anti-attack technologies involving Intrusion Detection and Protection, Vulnerability Audit and Assessment and Security Information Management and Event Correlation. Previously, Grant held a position with RSA Security as a Technical Consultant for Australia and New Zealand where he developed and presented sales and technical material on PKI, Authentication and Encryption technologies. Prior to that, Grant worked with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Solutions Consultant specialising in Internet Applications and Security. Here he was involved in many eCommerce, security and large outsourcing projects. Whilst working with CSC, Grant designed secure perimeter solutions for enterprise and government clients and was heavily involved in security assessment and solutions for online banking. Grant is a qualified Microsoft and Novell engineer. He has extensive experience with a range of wide and local area networking and wireless technologies. Grant has been involved in many Internet security solutions using RSA, Checkpoint, Cisco and ISS products. |
