With over eleven years IT Security experience, which started in the military, John has extensive knowledge in providing solutions to complex security issues. His breadth of experience allows him to consult from both an operational and management perspective.

As a senior member of the Unisys Australasian security practice, John is responsible for sales and delivery of security solutions for Australasian organisations across a variety of industries.

Recent projects include:

• development of an information protection program, which included conducting risk assessments, writing an organisational security policy and design of a security infrastructure that supports secure collaboration with business partners and protection of client privacy
• design of an enterprise wide security event management solution that correlates data from network, platform and application layers enabling business to make informed decisions about its business risk

John holds current certifications in the security arena and is an active member of security interest groups, both in Australia and overseas.
