Mr Dixon was one of the founding members who in 1998 established Kinetica to take advantage of the emerging opportunity for provision of enterprise management systems. Mr Dixon has been responsible for building Kinetica to a point where it now has 30 employees in offices around the country and generates an annual turnover of $10 million.

Mr Dixon's career has encompassed a variety of technical, sales and management roles in the IT services industry spanning over 20 years. Starting as a computer engineer, Mr Dixon quickly progressed through technical support and training roles to Engineering Manager in 1985. Mr Dixon started his sales career in 1987 and since 1989 has held management positions as Sales Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director. Mr Dixon's style is very much one of a hands-on approach and he is still involved on a day-to-day basis in direct sales and customer management.

Mr Dixon is now a well-recognised, highly renowned figure in the business community. He is highly regarded as a public speaker and has presented on a wide range of topics covering all aspects of the IT industry as well as sales and business management practices.
