1) I will present the powerpoint slides by the dates listed on the 
'call for papers and tutorials' document.

2) If I fail to present the power point slides by the dates listed
on the 'call for papers and tutorials' I understand that the 
conference program committee may decide to replace my presentation 
by an alternate presentation. 

3) If for any reason I cannot present I'll inform the conference 
program committee or the conference organisers listed at the 
conference web site before the conference starts.
