Arnold S. Yoon is the Coordination Manager for KRCERT/CC. His areas of expertise are design & manage KCVE database (KCVE - Korea Common Vulnerability Exposures), developed remote vulnerability scanner, Incidents handling, technical support for National Training Program (penetration test and anti-virus training), risk assessments & management, advisories & technical notes release and analyzing hacking tools & viruses. Mr. Yoon is a member of FIRST Steering Committee. Prior to working for KRCERT/CC Mr. Yoon worked for the Ministry of National Defense CERT.
