Hedy van der Ende is General manager of GOVCERT.NL. She joined GOVCERT.NL as of 1 December 2003.

Within this period she worked on extending the international network and building on relations within the Dutch Government. Furthermore she is working on covering membership for the complete Dutch Government. 2004 stands for consolidation of the Dutch Govcert and working on best practices. Cooperation and knowledge sharing are key words for GOVCERT.nl

In 1997 she graduated from the University of Amsterdam in the field of International Relations. She started as project manager at KPN/KPNQwest implementing IP-VPN and ATM networks.

She then moved on to a manager's position within KPNQwest. At the COA (Dutch organization responsible for asylum seekers) she was manager of the ICT department responsible for information analysis, new projects and functional application management.
