Henk Bronk is Manager Technical Team in GOVCERT.NL, the Dutch government CERT He helped setting up and solidify GOVCERT.NL and De Waarschuwingsdienst*. Henk worked on the Cybercrime manual "from recognition to prevention" and set up the procedures and processes for GOVCERT.NL.

Before starting at GOVCERT.NL in September 2002 he worked for almost 6 years with the largest Telco in the Netherlands, KPN. Henk developed Internet as a strong business-product within a mainly telephone oriented environment. As team-leader of the Internet Access Services and manager of UNI-CERT, the first commercial CERT in the Netherlands, he has developed the base for Internet security awareness and a business approach of security within a commercial environment.

* De Waarschuwingsdienst is the National Dutch alerting service providing citizens and SMEs with ICT-related security information and practical hands-on information.
