Robert Hensing, CISSP, has worked at Microsoft in Charlotte, North Carolina for 6 years. For 2 years Robert has been helping Premier customers respond to and investigate security incidents. In addition, Robert is also involved in Microsoft's internal software security incident response process as a 'first responder'. Robert co-developed a 5-day security class covering Windows, IIS, SQL, Exchange and Incident Response, has spoken about security at numerous conferences and is reviewing a forthcoming MSPress book about forensics for the Windows platform.
