Stig Andersson QUT, Australia Stig Andersson is currently studying for his PhD in the area of intrusion detection in the Information Security Research Centre at Queensland University of Technology. His research interests lie in the area of investigating the suitability of low-level system monitoring for anomoly detection. Stig has had an interest in intrusion detection since 2002 when he investigated the influence of IPv6 on network-based intrusion detection systems such as Snort.
