THE CONFERENCE VENUE The AusCERT 2007 Conference will be held at the new look Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Resort, a 5 star property on 200 hectares just 12 minutes drive from the beaches of Surfers Paradise. All the resort accommodation offers panoramic views of the golf course, garden or Gold Coast. The resort has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation developing the existing Lobby Lounge into an exquisite Coffee Lounge, featuring luxurious Vittoria coffees, and a totally new and sophisticated Lobby Bar, complete with stylish leather seating with fantastic views to the golf course. Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Resort offers a regular complimentary shuttle service to Surfers Paradise and other tourist attractions, a number of restaurants, swimming pool, The Resort Spa with its range of massage therapies, tennis courts, an 18 hole championship golf course and gymnasium.
