*A discount is available to groups of 4 or more attendees from a single non-member organisation. Each attendee must complete a separate registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified on or before 19th April 2009. An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 20th April to 4th May 2009. The full registration fee will be charged for delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 4th May 2009. Of course you may send a substitute.

Privacy Statement

Neither AusCERT nor ConferenceIT pass their AusCERT2009 list to any other organisation without permission.

ConferenceIT will use any Personal Information collected from you strictly in accordance with your wishes and unless you indicate otherwise in response to the Privacy questions on the registration form we will use your Personal Information to register you for this event, only.

During the AusCERT2009 conference, a roving photographer will be taking photographs which may be used on the website or for the promotion of next year's conference. If you do not wish to appear in any photograph to be published in this way please make your wishes known at the Conference information desk on your arrival at AusCERT2009.

The Laws of Queensland will apply to all matters relating to this conference.
