Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at the RACV Royal Pines Resort and other nearby Gold Coast Hotels. To book your accommodation, please use the online registration facility (please do not contact the hotel directly).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing – an email to auscert2010@conferenceit.com.au outlining your cancellation is sufficient.
A full refund will be given if we are notified on or before 18 April 2010.
An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 19 April to 3 May 2010.
The full registration fee will be charged for delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 3 May 2010.
Of course you may send a substitute.
Privacy Statement
Neither AusCERT nor ConferenceIT pass their AusCERT2010 list to any other organisation without permission.
ConferenceIT will use any personal information collected from you strictly in accordance with your wishes and unless you indicate otherwise in response to the privacy questions on the registration form we will use your personal information to register you for this event only.
During the AusCERT2010 conference, a roving photographer will be taking photographs which may be used on the website or for the promotion of next year's conference. If you do not wish to appear in any photograph to be published in this way please make your wishes known at the conference information desk on your arrival at AusCERT2010.
The Laws of Queensland will apply to all matters relating to this conference.
