Registration for AusCERT2011 should be completed online at one of two registration sites:

Total costs shown include 10% GST.

*A discount is available to groups of 4 or more attendees from a single non-member organisation. Each attendee must complete a separate registration form.

**Tutorial prices are not included in the price of the conference.

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at RACV Royal Pines Resort (conference venue) and other nearby Gold Coast Hotels. To book your accommodation, please use the online registration facility (please do not contact the hotel directly).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be advised in writing. Please email auscert2011@conferenceit.com.au outlining your cancellation. 

Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation before 17 April 2011: full refund 
• Cancellation between 18 April – 1 May 2011: AUD $170 administration fee 
• Cancellation after 1 May 2011: the full registration fee will be charged (no refund), but you are welcome to substitute another delegate in your place

Please note: non-payment of your invoice by the conference start date does not constitute a cancellation. Your invoice will still be valid and your non-attendance will be considered to be a no-show.

Privacy Statement

Neither AusCERT nor ConferenceIT pass their AusCERT2011 list to any other organisation without permission.

ConferenceIT will use any personal information collected from you strictly in accordance with your wishes and unless you indicate otherwise in response to the privacy questions on the registration form we will use your personal information to register you for this event only.

During the AusCERT2011 conference, a roving photographer will be taking photographs which may be used on the website or for the promotion of next year's conference. If you do not wish to appear in any photograph to be published in this way please make your wishes known at the conference information desk on your arrival at AusCERT2011.

The Laws of Queensland will apply to all matters relating to this conference.
