Simon Ractliffe is Commercial Director, with IDC's Watchlisted, earthwave Corporation, specialists in managed and in-the-cloud, real-time threat analysis and incident response. Ractliffe an honours graduate in Business and Economics from Thames Valley University London has over twenty years' experience in the IT infrastructure market and has formerly held roles including General Manager for IBM Internet Security Systems Australasia and Director Europe Middle East and Africa for a global network infrastructure provider. One of earthwave's core objectives is to raise awareness that technology alone is failing to protect information and information infrastructure assets, where real time detection and rapid response can make the difference when critical information or critical system availability is at risk.
