Pip Jenkinson is also the son of a farmer and the inaugural winner of the 2022 AUSCERT Diversity and Inclusion Award and the 2023 Commonwealth Bank Diversity and Inclusion Cyber Champion. Pip is a fan of rugby union, which is a nicer game, played by nice people. In his spare time,  Pip is the CEO of Baidam Solutions

Together with Jack Reis the boys run Baidam Solutions, an award-winning cybersecurity business, with Baidam having been presented with the 2022 QLD Premiers Award for Reconciliation, the 2022 CRN Exceptional Customer Value award, both the Australian Financial Review Fastest 100 and the Delliotte Top 50 awards in 2023 and to top it off, featured in the QANTAS magazine in every international and domestic QANTAS plane in December 2022, putting Australia squarely on the map for digital innovation.
