David Cullen is a transformational senior executive leader with a strong focus on building strategic partnerships and national capability to create safer, more secure communities.

At CISO Lens, David works closely with security executives from ASX100 organisations and critical infrastructure providers to ensure industry has a clear, trusted voice into government on the design and delivery of Australia’s cyber security policy, programs, and services.

David has previously served as the Victorian Government Chief Information Security Officer and held specialist intelligence roles focused on transnational organised crime and national security.

David led the establishment of the Victorian Government Cyber Incident Response Service and was the architect of the Victorian Cyber Incident Management Framework, including the state’s first cyber emergency management plans.
