Elliot brings 20+ years of IT leadership delivering solutions, services, and business outcomes, with proven success in owning responsibility for all IT governance and service delivery. Elliot is proactive in his management of IT strategies, goals, and objectives to maintain alignment with strategic business goals in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Elliot effectively incorporates current evidence-based business management frameworks and methodologies with his extensive technical experience in the strategic design, implementation, and management of IT services.

Elliot has a reputation for evaluating complex business needs and consistently delivering effective solutions, reflective of his experience across corporate, education, research, and government sectors.

Elliot holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) from UQ with his career commencing at Fujitsu Services Australia before moving on to work for a managed services provider and technology start-ups. Elliot joined UniQuest in 2009. As IT Director, Elliot has a strong focus on IT strategy and governance. In 2020, Elliot completed his Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in Digital Transformation.

Elliot enjoys the great variety of technical challenges that his role brings, the ever-changing IT landscape we work in, and seeing the outcomes and impact that UniQuest generates from UQ and QEDDI research.
