SALTT Technologies

Richard Bible, CISSP, is the Principal Cybersecurity Consultant at SALTT Technologies. He gained valuable experience in his early years working for major Australian service providers before travelling to Europe and the United Kingdom in the early 2000s to pursue his career aspirations.

While abroad, Richard worked as a Security Solution Architect with a US-based global cybersecurity product vendor, where he focused on application security, identity and access management, and secure remote access. As a Security Solutions Architect, Richard engaged with organisations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and gained a wealth of insight into the region. He was responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing a range of cyber controls for his clients, with a particular focus on application delivery, remote access, secure web gateways, application and API security, endpoint security, DDoS, automated attacks, and encryption management.

Richard’s extensive experience in cybersecurity enabled him to support top enterprises, service providers, and financial services organisations across EMEA from the CISO level down, with large-scale deployments, meeting security control standards, compliance and regulations, deep dive troubleshooting, applying best practices, and automating tasks.

Richard’s life extends beyond his professional career in cybersecurity. He is a dedicated father, a video game aficionado, a sports fanatic, and an animal lover. His commitment to supporting mental health, the Red Cross, the Guide Dog’s Association, and other meaningful charities reflects his values of being a man for others and helping those less fortunate. These values align strongly with SALTT’s “Protect the Future” program, demonstrating Richard’s holistic approach to life and work.
