Tom Scully, CSC is a distinguished senior engineering leader with over a decade of expertise in the communications, cybersecurity, and advanced capabilities sectors, serving both government and commercial entities. Throughout his career, Tom has held multiple key positions in these sectors and is currently Director and Principal Architect for Government and Critical Industries at Palo Alto Networks working across Asia Pacific and Japan.

Presently, Tom is advancing his academic pursuits as a part-time PhD candidate at the University of South Australia. His research focuses on developing a Resilient AI Security Supervisory System for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles. This builds on his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

In recognition of his significant contributions as an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, Tom was honoured with the Conspicuous Service Cross by the Governor General of Australia in 2018.
